Being in the business for over forty years, the primary concern and its interest are still closely rooted to its foundation that lies in the mining sector The mines under the jurisdiction of the group are one of the oldest and best-proven reserves in India. These mines were leased out to the chief patron of the group, Late Shri Ghanashyam Misra in the year 1970.
The company is actively operational in the mineral rich district of Mayurbhanj in Odisha where it is involved in the mining of iron ore The group is extremely flexible and open minded in adapting and changing accordingly to the needs of the time and markets be it international or domestic, in order to maintain the consistent quality that it is known for and simultaneously making itself synonymous with reliability.
The mining interests of the group also include mining of Limestone and china clay The Leases are operational in the State of Odisha and the minerals are produced to meet the local demands of the industry.

Presently the group has a capacity to deliver about 5 MTPA of High Grade Iron Ore.
